Membership Terms

Handling of Membership Information

In principle, we do not disclose membership information to third parties without prior consent from the member. However, we may disclose membership information and other customer information without prior consent in the following cases:

When disclosure is required by law
When deemed necessary by us to protect our rights, interests, reputation, etc.

Membership information will be managed by us in accordance with our "Privacy Protection Efforts." We may use membership information for the purposes of providing services to members, improving service content, promoting service usage, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.

We may provide members with information through methods such as newsletters (including advertisements). If a member does not wish to receive such information, they may notify us according to the prescribed method, and we will stop providing the information. However, information necessary for the operation of the service cannot be stopped at the member’s request.

Member

A "member" refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures set by us and agrees to these terms.

"Member information" refers to information related to a member’s attributes and transaction history disclosed to us.

These terms apply to all members and must be observed both during registration and after registration.

Registration

Membership Qualification
Customers who agree to these terms and complete the required membership application procedure will be qualified as members upon completion of the registration procedure. The member registration procedure must be performed by the individual applying for membership. Registration by a proxy is not allowed. We may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been canceled in the past or those we deem inappropriate. In principle, only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are identified, usage may be restricted.

Entering Membership Information
During the membership registration process, please read the instructions carefully and enter the necessary information accurately in the prescribed input form.

Password Management
The password may only be used by the member and may not be transferred or lent to a third party. The member is responsible for regularly changing the password and ensuring it is not disclosed to others. Any actions performed using the password will be regarded as the member's actions, and all payments resulting from such actions will be the responsibility of the member.
