Refund policy
Handling of Defective Products
Please make sure to check the product upon arrival. The following products will be exchanged immediately free of charge: Please return the product to us within 7 days after arrival.
- If the product received differs from the ordered product
- If the product is damaged or dirty
Repair
We only accept repairs for products purchased from KEYHOLDER ONLINE. The repair process will be based on the purchase history, so please contact us via email. We are unable to accept repairs for products purchased from stores other than KEYHOLDER ONLINE. Please contact the store from which you made the purchase.
Returns
We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for products purchased due to customer reasons. Please ensure that you are aware of this before placing your order. Please note that returns and refunds for sale items are not accepted. If you return an item without notifying us, or if you refuse the delivery, we may refuse future orders.
If the issue is due to our fault, we will exchange the product if the issue is reported within 7 days of arrival. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the product delivered is considered defective by our standards
- If the product is dirty or damaged
- If the product delivered differs from the product ordered
However, if the exchanged product is out of stock, we may refund the product price. Please understand in advance. The return shipping fee for defective or wrong products will be covered by us.
Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases:
- If the product has been used even once
- If the product’s tags or price tags are removed or lost
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- If the product has wrinkles, scratches, damage, or odors caused by the customer (including washing)
- If the box or packaging has been damaged, such as by placing a shipping label directly on the box
- If the product’s original packaging (such as bags, shoe boxes, or cosmetic boxes), accessories (such as warranty cards, spare buttons, or hangers) are missing
- Cosmetics (including perfume, shampoo, body care items), lifestyle goods (such as room mists, diffusers), or food items
- Products ordered from other sites
- Outlet purchases
- Hygiene products like underwear or swimsuits, or products labeled “Non-returnable” on the product page
In any case, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
